Terms & Returns Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of prescription medications and medical services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Medication cannot be returned, and any monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle.
No exceptions will be made.

To cancel your Anuli Aesthetics & Weightloss Program membership, you must email:

Written confirmation will be provided once cancellation is processed.
Phone calls or text messages are not accepted as valid cancellation documentation.


Fraud Policy

Anuli Aesthetics has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, including but not limited to credit or debit card fraud.

Any suspected fraud will be fully investigated and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law. Anuli Aesthetics reserves the right to seek recovery of all associated losses, including but not limited to business losses, legal fees, administrative costs, research expenses, and loss of income.


Chargeback Policy

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit or debit card transaction.

There is no valid reason for a chargeback to be filed. If you believe a billing issue exists, you agree to contact Anuli Aesthetics & Weightloss directly at anuli@anulimedspa.com before initiating any chargeback.

You agree to immediately notify Anuli Aesthetics if you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method in connection with our services.

If you file a chargeback for a payment you authorized, you agree that Anuli Aesthetics may recover the disputed amount, plus any chargeback fees imposed by payment processors, by any lawful means, including re-billing, collections, or legal action.

SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Anuli Aesthetics related to:

  • Two-way customer communication


Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to four messages per month, depending on your interaction and preferences.


Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.


Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You will receive a confirmation message upon successful opt-out.
